Your Daily Briefing

The daily briefing is a personalised summary generated each morning. It appears in the Home tab and in Chat as the first message of the day.

What’s included

The briefing pulls together:

• Tasks due today — everything on your plate for the day
• Overdue tasks — items you haven’t completed yet
• Calendar events — from your connected Google Calendar (if connected)
• Pending emails — a short summary of emails needing attention (if Gmail is connected)
• Active goals — your current goals for context

Triggering a fresh briefing

You can ask your companion for a new briefing at any time:

“Give me my daily briefing” “What’s on my plate today?”

The Home tab

The Home tab (/today) gives you a persistent view of your day — tasks, calendar, and your briefing. Unlike the briefing message in Chat, the Home tab updates in real time as you complete tasks and new events appear.

Customising your briefing

Tell your companion what to include or exclude:

“Stop including calendar in my briefing” “Make my briefings shorter” “Add a section for my top goal each morning”

Your companion remembers these preferences.
