App Performance Issues
The app is blank or not loading
Try these steps in order:
- Hard refresh —
⌘ + Shift + Ron Mac,Ctrl + Shift + Ron Windows - Clear browser cache — Browser settings → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files
- Disable extensions — Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere. Try in an incognito window with extensions off
- Try a different browser — Chrome is recommended
If none of these work, contact support with your browser and OS details.
The app is slow

| Slow to open | Usually improves after the first load (cached) |
| Chat responses slow | Check your internet connection |
| Voice lag | Switch to a wired connection or disable VPN |
I’m signed out unexpectedly
- Check that cookies are enabled in your browser
- Disable any extensions that clear cookies on close
- Make sure the browser isn’t set to clear cookies on exit
Changes aren’t showing up
If something you did isn’t reflected:
- Hard-refresh the page (
⌘ + Shift + R) - Check your internet connection
- Sign out and back in
If data is missing after a few minutes, contact support.
