App Performance Issues

The app is blank or not loading

Try these steps in order:

  1. Hard refresh⌘ + Shift + R on Mac, Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows
  2. Clear browser cache — Browser settings → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files
  3. Disable extensions — Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere. Try in an incognito window with extensions off
  4. Try a different browser — Chrome is recommended

If none of these work, contact support with your browser and OS details.

The app is slow

I’m signed out unexpectedly

  • Check that cookies are enabled in your browser
  • Disable any extensions that clear cookies on close
  • Make sure the browser isn’t set to clear cookies on exit

Changes aren’t showing up

If something you did isn’t reflected:

  1. Hard-refresh the page (⌘ + Shift + R)
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Sign out and back in

If data is missing after a few minutes, contact support.
