Calendar
The Calendar app shows your events from Google Calendar inside BlinkLife. Your companion can reference your schedule during conversations and include upcoming events in your daily briefing.
Connecting Google Calendar
Section titled “Connecting Google Calendar”Calendar requires a Google Calendar connection. Go to Settings → Connections and connect your Google account. Once connected, your events will sync automatically.
Permissions & autonomy
Section titled “Permissions & autonomy”After connecting, expand Permissions & Settings on the Google Calendar card to control exactly what your companion can do:
- View events — list and read your calendar events
- Create & edit events — let your companion schedule or modify events
- Delete events — remove events from your calendar
Calendar Autonomy:
- Confirm First — your companion asks before creating or modifying events
- Full Auto — your companion manages your calendar automatically
The Calendar app has three views:

Syncing
Section titled “Syncing”Events sync automatically when the app loads. To manually trigger a sync, use the sync button in the Calendar header.
Your companion and your calendar
Section titled “Your companion and your calendar”Once Calendar is connected, your companion can:
- Reference upcoming events when you ask about your day
- Include today’s events in your daily briefing
- Prepare meeting briefs before scheduled events (via the Before Your Meeting routine)
Just ask in Chat:
“Check my schedule for tomorrow” “What’s my next meeting?” “Block 2–3 PM on Friday for deep work”
Disconnecting
Section titled “Disconnecting”To remove calendar access, go to Settings → Connections → Google → Disconnect. Your companion will no longer see your events.
