Topping Up & Running Out
Buying more credits
Section titled “Buying more credits”You can top up any time from Settings → Usage:
- Open Settings → Usage
- On the Credit balance card, select Add credits
- Choose a credit pack and select Buy
- Pay securely with Stripe (card)
- Your credits are added instantly once payment completes
You’ll get a confirmation email with your receipt, and you’re returned to the Usage tab with the new balance already showing. Any expiry date is shown when you buy, and again on the purchase in Settings → Billing → Transactions, so nothing sneaks up on you.
If you close the Stripe page without paying, nothing happens — you aren’t charged, and you land back where you started.
What happens when I run low?
Section titled “What happens when I run low?”BlinkLife checks you have enough to cover a request before it runs, so you’re never cut off mid-task:
- Your plan’s monthly allowance is used first. You’ll see a prompt at 80%, again when less than 5% remains, and once more when it’s fully used.
- After that, usage draws on your credit balance.
- If both are empty, your companion pauses and asks you to add credits or move to a larger plan.
- Background work — routines, your daily briefing, diary entries — is quietly skipped rather than failing, and resumes automatically once you have allowance or credits again.
Adding credits restores everything right away.
Where can I see my balance?
Section titled “Where can I see my balance?”Your current Credit balance is under Settings → Usage. The full list of everything added, spent, and refunded — subscription charges included — is under Settings → Billing, in Transactions, where each row also offers an invoice download.
Subscription charges and credit purchases both appear in your transaction list under Settings → Billing, where you can download an invoice for each one.
