AI Diary
Each night your companion writes an entry about your day: what you did, what stood out, and any patterns it noticed. It’s a record you didn’t have to keep.

Reading your diary
Section titled “Reading your diary”The reader shows one day at a time. Move between days with the arrows, jump to a specific date with the date picker, or open the entries list to browse everything at once.
Yesterday’s entry also appears at the bottom of Home, under Yesterday — see Your Home page.
Where entries come from
Section titled “Where entries come from”Entries are written from what already happened in BlinkLife — your conversations, the tasks you completed, notes you captured, and your calendar. You don’t have to write anything or answer prompts.
The entry is generated overnight by the Daily Diary routine. If you’d rather not have one, turn that routine off in Pulse → Routines.
Days with nothing in them
Section titled “Days with nothing in them”If a day had nothing to write about, you’ll see an empty day rather than an invented entry. Your companion won’t manufacture a reflection out of nothing.
Talking about an entry
Section titled “Talking about an entry”Open an entry and start a conversation about it — the full entry goes with your message, so you don’t have to re-explain what you’re referring to.
