Signing In & Login Help
BlinkLife uses an email-first sign-in. Enter your email and we’ll check whether you already have an account before asking for anything else.
“Welcome back” vs “Create account”
Section titled ““Welcome back” vs “Create account””- Welcome back — we found an existing account for your email. Enter your password to sign in.
- Create account — we didn’t find an account for that email, so you can set one up.
It says “Welcome back” but I’ve never used BlinkLife
Section titled “It says “Welcome back” but I’ve never used BlinkLife”You most likely have a TrueMemory account from another app, such as Finerminds. BlinkLife shares the same accounts, so we already recognise you. Sign in with your existing password — the one you use for that app — not a new one.
If you don’t remember it, reset your password. To understand why this happens, see How your account works.
It’s asking me to accept the Terms of Service
Section titled “It’s asking me to accept the Terms of Service”This is normal the first time you sign in to BlinkLife with an existing TrueMemory account. Accepting the Terms sets up your BlinkLife profile — you won’t be asked again.
I’m told my account can’t get in yet
Section titled “I’m told my account can’t get in yet”If sign-in tells you the account isn’t open yet, the email you entered isn’t on the access list. The most common cause is using a different email than the one your invitation or purchase was tied to.
- Use the exact email address you were contacted on
- If you also use an app like Finerminds, check whether that’s the address
- Still stuck? Contact support and we’ll look it up
I’m signed in, but I’m asked to choose a plan
Section titled “I’m signed in, but I’m asked to choose a plan”That’s the subscription page, not an error. BlinkLife is a subscription product, and your account doesn’t currently have an active plan. Nothing has been deleted — your data is waiting once you subscribe. See Subscription plans.
My password isn’t working
Section titled “My password isn’t working”Reset your password. Because your account is shared across TrueMemory apps, your new password will work everywhere.
I keep getting signed out
Section titled “I keep getting signed out”This is usually a browser setting rather than an account problem — see App issues for the fixes.
