Privacy & Your Data

What data does BlinkLife collect?

  • Account information — email, display name, profile photo
  • Conversation content — messages, voice transcripts, notes, and tasks you create
  • Calendar and email data — only if you explicitly connect Google (revocable at any time)

The Listener is always started by you — BlinkLife does not collect ambient audio without your active permission.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform. Memory vectors used for semantic recall are stored in Pinecone. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How does AI memory work?

Your companion builds a memory from your conversations — facts, preferences, goals, and context. This is used to personalise responses and maintain continuity between sessions.

Open the Memory tab in the sidebar to browse, search, and export what’s been stored.

Can I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Privacy & Data to request account deletion. You’ll receive a confirmation before anything is permanently removed.
