Resetting Your Password

Your password is managed by TrueMemory, the service that securely hosts your BlinkLife account. Resetting it takes a minute.

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot?
  2. Tap Get reset link
  3. Check your inbox for an email from TrueMemory
  4. Open the email and tap Reset Password
  5. You’ll be taken to truememory.com to set a new password
  6. Once you’re done, return to BlinkLife and sign in with your new password

Your BlinkLife account lives on TrueMemory, so the reset email and the page where you set your new password are TrueMemory-branded. This is expected and safe — it isn’t spam or a phishing attempt.

Your new password works across all TrueMemory apps — BlinkLife, Finerminds, and others — because they all share the same account.

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the email associated with your account
  • Wait a couple of minutes, then try again
  • Still nothing? Contact support

Reset links are single-use and time-limited. If yours has expired or has already been used, request a new one from the Forgot? link and try again.
