How Your Account Works
Your BlinkLife account isn’t only a BlinkLife account — it’s a TrueMemory account.
What is TrueMemory?
Section titled “What is TrueMemory?”TrueMemory is the secure service that hosts your account and powers BlinkLife along with our other apps. Think of it the way one login can get you into several apps from the same company: your account lives in one place, and each app uses it.
That means your email and password are the same across every TrueMemory app — including BlinkLife and Finerminds.
I already use Finerminds — do I need a new account?
Section titled “I already use Finerminds — do I need a new account?”No. If you’ve signed up for Finerminds (or any other TrueMemory app), you already have an account. Use the same email and password to sign in to BlinkLife — there’s no need to create a new one.
The first time you sign in to BlinkLife, you may be asked to accept our Terms of Service. That’s normal — it simply sets up your BlinkLife profile on your existing account.
Is this my Mindvalley account?
Section titled “Is this my Mindvalley account?”No. Your BlinkLife (TrueMemory) account is separate from your Mindvalley account, even if you use the same email address. Signing in to Mindvalley does not sign you in to BlinkLife.
Why do I see “TrueMemory”?
Section titled “Why do I see “TrueMemory”?”Because your account is hosted by TrueMemory, you’ll see the TrueMemory name in a few places — most notably when you reset your password. This is expected and safe. See Resetting your password for what to expect.
